Description

This body of data is foundational to a paper entitled: "Explanation-Based Learning With Analogy for Impasse Resolution".

The data sets referred to in the paper fall into 3 categories:
> Baseline (no EBL-fuzzy control)
> First application of Analogy and EBL
> Applications of EBL-fuzzy control at various rates.

Each of these is held in a top level folder(s) given below:
> baseline-morelogging
> pitch-analogy-ve-gs10Hz(new)
> pitch-analogy-ve-gs--15-10, pitch-analogy-ve-gs--20-10, pitch-analogy-ve-gs--25-10, pitch-analogy-ve-gs--30-10

The folders in the final category have names ending with a pair of numbers e.g. 25-10. These are a reference to the time in milliseconds at which the EBL-fuzzy controller and autopilot are being sampled respectively.

Each top level folder has a series of second-level folders and three text files. The text files are:
> EBLRulesbase: The EBL rules which are present at the end of the entire set of flights. These are the FOL rules.
> EBLRulebase_observations: The terms which are used as operational statements by the EBL algorithm. The collection is what was present at the end of the entire set of flights.
> FuzzyRules: The collection of fuzzy rules which were generated by the end of the entire set of flights.

Each second-level folder contains all of the data from a particular flight. There are three text files and a series of images. Two of the text files are flight-specific version of EBLRulebase and FuzzyRules.

The third text file, which shares the name of the folder, contains all of the data output by the simulator over the flight. It has three columns: Time, name of internal value the simulator is reporting, and value reported.

The images were generated from the data in the text file to give a visual representation of several values reported by the simulator.
