This dataset contains MALDI-TOF spectral data in .mzML format for zooarcheology by mass spectrometry (ZooMS) samples referenced in Borić et al. (2021).

Folder names correspond to the ZooMS sample names referenced in the article. Files in the same folder are technical replicates.
