A scoping review methodology was used to create this dataset. Databases (Embase, Medline, PyscINFO, CINAHL, Cochrane Library and AMED) were searched using keywords relating to behaviour change, digital health technology (DHT), physical rehabilitation and stroke and the results were independently screened by two reviewers. Sources were included if they reported a completed primary research study in which a behaviour change approach could be identified within a DHT-based, physical stroke rehabilitation intervention. Data from the included sources was charted including the study design, participant characteristics, study intervention and DHT utilised, and behaviour change approaches.
